I have become quite obsessed with this little gnome. He lives in the planter on my back porch and tends to the pansies. Every time I see him, he makes me smile and that makes my day just a little happier. I tried to sneak him into the newsletter I have been making at work. I thought I could slip him into the employee's bio section and no one would notice. His picture fit right in with the other one inch square photos and his bio went something like this... Gnome magically appeared at the studios on a sunny, cloudless day. Found at the foot of a cypress tree, he was silently and statically peering up at the giant yellow sculpture that towered above him. Even though the sculpture made him feel even smaller than he already was, the beautiful yellow hue enthralled him, and he knew he had found his home... Gnome didn't make it into the newsletter, but I certainly entertained myself with the idea. I would have never thought a little gnome could bring me so much delight.
